Our inaugural Leadership Excellence Awards seek to recognise those leaders whose achievements have resonated with their staff, customers, clients and communities, and to acknowledge the impact that effective leadership can have in terms of innovation, impact and growth.

Broadcaster
Audrey Carville is an Award-Winning broadcaster and currently presents Morning Ireland on RTÉ Radio One. Audrey spent most of her career with the BBC. She presented international news programmes for the BBC World Service. She also anchored programmes for BBC Radio 4 & made documentaries for BBC radio 5Live. Before moving to London, Audrey presented television and radio programmes for BBC Northern Ireland.
